Gluten free catering – Nottingham

A staggering 6 % of the UK population suffer from coeliacs disease or choose a Gluten free diet due to health reasons. Mediterranean food is all about sharing and here at the Thyme catering we decided to create a menu that is accessible for all with this in mind all our menus can be catered to suit those with a gluten free diet

We also have a selection of home made Gluten free desserts, cakes and gluten free ice creams. Gluten free pitta bread and bread selection are available upon request.

Non of our dishes are thickened with or contain flour and our fried dishes are dusted with corn flour making our menu gluten free friendly!

Our weekly specials are also always Gluten free, for those guests with Coeliacs disease we ask that a member of staff is informed to prevent any cross contamination

Venison with beetroot purée,chestnut and pumpkin
Salmon poached in liquorice gel,artichoke and vanilla mayonnaise

  • King prawn cocktail
  • Marinated beef rosemary skewers on a base of roast vegetables
  • Feta cheese pane with honey and orange sauce

Main Course

  • Breast of Duck with potato cake, butternut squash pure and homemade orange gravy
  • Duo of lamb with herb mashed potato, Goats cheese and homemade thyme gravy
  • Stuffed Aubergine with baby artichokes and lemon roasted new potatoes


  • Champagne and Strawberry Sorbet



  • Smoked salmon fish cakes with tartar sauce and Crayfish salad
  • Chicken satay with peanut sauce

Main Course

  • Hake fillet with crushed new potatoes peperonata sauce and stuffed Aubergine
  • Lamb shank with potato fondant baby carrots, Asparagus and red wine sauce
  • Stuffed peppers with Moroccan cous-cous in a pea and feta sauce


  • White chocolate mousse with espresso sauce



  • Homemade spring rolls stuffed with smoked turkey and mixed vegetables drizzled with sweet and sour sauce (Vegetarian option available)
  • Sea food skewers in a fresh lime and oregano dressing

Main Course

  • Salmon with vegetable tagliatelle and potato fondant in a Fennel sauce
  • Venison steak with Pont Neuf potatoes and braised red cabbage in a Raspberry mint sauce
  • Wild mushroom and truffle oil risotto


  • Chocolate fondant with Champagne sauce
