Christmas and New Year

As well as our regular dinner party and buffet menus being available to order at Christmas we also have some extra special festive menus guaranteed to give your guests and family that extra ‘wow factor’. Our Christmas and New Year menus come as two options, a three/four course meal or a traditional carvery station with all the trimmings and with a Mediterranean twist. This menus are shown below:

Butternut squash soup with nutmeg and cinnamon
Parsnip soup with green apple
STARTERS
stuffed smoked salmon with capers,herbs,sun dried tomatoes,onions and prawns.Served with fresh a leaf salad
Home made Goats cheese and pomegranate  spring rolls
Wild mushroom risotto served with a rocket salad
 MAIN COURSE
Fillet steak with beetroot purée, sauté leeks with pistachio,potato fondant and Madeira sauce
Staffed duck breast with figs,walnuts and orange.Served with sauté savoy cabbage,butternut squash purée and potato cake
Stuffed pork loin with mousse Roquefort.Served with roast veg and cheese herbs mash potato
DESSERT
Traditional Christmas pudding with home made Brandy sauce and cranberries
Italian Pannetone with Amaretto custard
